Katie will give us an inside look at what The Tox is all about — including its signature lymphatic drainage and body-sculpting approach and some of the newest ways women are incorporating these services into their self-care routines.

Christina will bring the fuel! Project LeanNation is about making healthy eating easier with chef-crafted, balanced meals, protein-packed shakes and snacks, plus nutrition coaching and body-composition tracking.

She’ll share some simple nutrition knowledge with us while everyone gets to sample a few PLN favorites.

Featuring Diana Ruszkowski + Women’s Wellness Authority

And we’ll end the evening by slowing everything down.

Diana, founder of Women’s Wellness Authority and a certified sound and energy healing practitioner, will lead us through a mini restorative sound experience designed to help everyone relax, reset and leave feeling amazing.
